Stress and Relaxation Classes
Our stress and relaxation classes combine evidence-based relaxation techniques, gentle yoga stretches and creative visualisation. Students are guided to a calm inner space where they feel safe to let go of any fears, anxieties or inappropriate attitudes that may be stored in their emotional and physical body.
The classes allow students to experience a “lightness of being” where a change in perception may occur. With this change of perception, students become more understanding and resilient.
