Using relaxation techniques, our guided meditation sittings focus on the body and mind connection through the breath.
Together with chakra balancing and creative visualizations, you will become aware of the light within the space of the mind.
The word meditate comes from the Latin word “meditar” meaning “to be in the middle of, to hover in between.”
Guided meditation sessions are 1 hour, conducted in small groups (4 – 8 people).
Sessions are weekly on a Thursday at 9am in Kangaroo Point.
Cost is $20 per session, or $15 per session when 6 sessions are purchased at the same time.
